Boiler, A/C & Hot Water Tank—$33.98/Month
For customers with a boiler, air conditioning system, and hot water tank, this plan is $33.98 per month per system and provides scheduled maintenance along with the plan's priority scheduling and member savings.
Seasonal HVAC Maintenance
Earth service plans are designed around regular maintenance in both the spring and fall. Seasonal visits allow our team to evaluate important system components and identify potential concerns before they interfere with your comfort.
Maintenance may include performance benchmarking, system operation testing, component evaluation, indoor and outdoor unit checks, air-handling evaluation, electrical and controls diagnostics, service history review, and thermostat optimization.
Generator Earth Plan
Eastside Heating & Cooling also offers a Generator Earth Plan for customers who want regular generator maintenance.
A one-time generator tune-up is $245, while the annual membership is $365.
Generator tune-ups include:

- Air filter replacement
